HOW LONG DOES AN ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE ?

U.S ORDERS WITH EXPRESS SHIPPING:
• Your order is a priority and will arrive within 1-3 business days.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
• Please allow 7-15 business days for delivery.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER ITS BEEN PLACED?
• We do everything we can to ship orders ASAP, so if you there's a mistake with your order, please contact us through email as soon as possible!
CAN I CANCEL OR RETURN MY ORDER:
Note: You can cancel your order only before a tracking number is issued. Once your tracking number is given to you, you can no longer cancel. Additionally, Items on sale, all full zip orders, AND any order with express shipping cannot be cancelled or refunded.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all original tags, labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
CHARGEBACKS/DISPUTES: If you place an order, and then dispute the purchase, we will file an investigation with your bank. We are unresponsable for lost funds due to the bank siding with us.
• We do not currently offer returns or refunds. We do offer exchanges for different sizes if its proven that the parcel was damaged or defective from after it left the warehouse.
• Must have all original tags, labels, bags & the receipt from when you purchased your order with us.
• this will be overlooked by the owner personally and if you approve for a return or exchange. you will be contacted and eligible for a return label directly back to the warehouse were it was sent out of.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER
• Once you place your order online, you will be able to see the details of the purchase through the email you provided us.

• PayPal: if you do not have an account yet, you can create one while shopping with us
